When Should I Use a 6-Panel Direct Mailer?

We target the mailings of all our pieces. We recommend using our 6-panel 9” X 16” (tri-fold) direct mailer for a one or two focus mail campaign. This piece still has room to include some general benefits and basic info about the office and doctor, and then one or two more in-depth descriptions of specific or specialized services. For example, after introducing an office and doctor, this piece has a suitable set-up to then promote one or two services such as short term orthodontics and advanced teeth whitening, with one panel dedicated to each service. This piece is an ideal mailer to promote a treatment like short term ortho, because even consumers who have heard of it are not usually well-informed. A campaign aiming to educate prospective patients can really boost the number of cases for that specific service. The same applies to dental technology, such as Isolite™ and the PerioLase®, whose benefits many people would truly appreciate if they were made aware of them.
